On the mapmyrun links click the satellite map and the check the 'show elevation' box for a better idea of the specs. I'll put a post up on the Lush forum too.

Hi This sounds good - tortured my old Triumph motorcycle around Knockhill in '96 and from memory there are a couple of steep inclines at the higher end of the track which would be great to bomb.
